Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026
Operated by: Dishankar Das, an individual trading as Shedulo, India ("Shedulo", "we", "us")

1. About this policy

Shedulo is a service that lets creators publish a schedule page, promote their own content on a billboard, and send reminders to fans. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who sees it and what choices you have. It applies to:

We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, and other applicable Indian laws.

2. What we collect

From creators
- Account details: name, email address, handle, bio, profile picture, creator type, language and time zone.

- Content you add: events, billboard posters, headlines, button labels and links, deal tracker entries, and team member details.

- Messages you write: custom emails and support requests.

- Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive payment status, plan, amount and transaction IDs, not your full card, UPI or bank details.

- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and usage logs.

From fans
- Browser push subscription: a technical identifier for your browser that lets us send notifications. It does not include your name.

- Email address: if you subscribe to email reminders, plus the time you confirmed.

- Your consent record: when and where you subscribed or unsubscribed.

- Technical data: IP address and browser type, stored in security logs.

From everyone
- Page views and button clicks, collected as counts for the creator's analytics without identifying you personally.

We do not ask fans for a name, phone number or address.

Meet legal obligationsAs required by law

We rely on your consent where the law requires it, and on other lawful grounds the law allows, such as providing a service you asked for and meeting legal obligations.

4. Reminders and notifications

Browser push: if you tap "Remind me" and allow notifications, we send event reminders, going-live alerts and reschedule or cancellation notices from that creator to your browser. You can stop at any time on the creator's page or in your browser's notification settings.

Email: if you subscribe by email, we send a confirmation link first and only email you after you confirm. Emails include event reminders and messages written by the creator. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

What the creator can see: the creator can see how many people subscribed. Creators on eligible plans can also export the list of email addresses of people who subscribed to their page. Creators do not receive push subscription identifiers. By subscribing by email, you agree to this.

We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only as needed to run the service, with:
- Database, sign-in, file storage and server functions: Supabase.

- Email delivery: Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES).

- Website hosting: Vercel.

- Payment provider: Razorpay.

- Browser push services: notifications travel through the push service run by your browser maker, such as Google, Apple or Mozilla.

- Creators: as described in section 4.

- Authorities: when required by law, a court order or to protect rights and safety.

Our providers may store data on servers outside India. Where a provider offers an Indian data centre, we choose it. We take steps to make sure providers protect your data, and we follow the transfer rules under Indian law.

6. How long we keep data

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls so each account sees only its own data, and limits on who can see fan contact details. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you;

- correct or complete your data;

- erase your data;

- withdraw your consent (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew);

- address a complaint; and

- nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.

Fans: unsubscribe from any email using its link, or turn off notifications in your browser. To delete your data, use the "delete my data" link in an email or write to dishankardas785690@gmail.com.
Creators: delete your account and data from your account settings, or write to dishankardas785690@gmail.com.

9. Children and general audiences

Shedulo is for general audiences, so some fans who visit a creator's page or subscribe to reminders may be under 18. Creator accounts are only for people aged 18 or over.

We collect very little from fans: a browser identifier or an email address, and never a name, phone number or address. We do not track or profile the behaviour of children, and we do not show advertising to anyone.

Parents and guardians can write to dishankardas785690@gmail.com to ask us to delete a child's data, and we will act promptly. We may add age checks or parental consent steps if the law requires them.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only what the service needs: a sign-in session, your language choice, and a service worker that lets push notifications work. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Links to other websites

Creators can add links to other websites on their billboard. We check links against an approved list, but we do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For significant changes we will notify you by email or on the website. The date at the top shows the latest version.
