Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026

• Cancel any time from your billing page. Paid features continue until the end of the period you paid for, and your plan will not renew.
• No refunds: we do not give refunds for any plan (monthly, yearly or email add-on packs) for any period that has started or any pack that has been bought.
• Exceptions: we will refund you if we fail to provide the paid service you paid for (we refund the unused period), or if you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period.
• How: approved refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
• Prices: all prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST where applicable.
